UIAA-ICC Climbing World Cup Finals and UIAA Youth World Championships
In difficult circumstances, with construction work still being carried out at the new Adventure Centre Ratho, we organised a highly successful Bouldering and Difficulty Finals for the 2003 UIAA-ICC Climbing World Cup.
The many challenges of this event were a testament to our ability to adapt, be creative and react as the situation demanded. The quality of the actual event led to Ratho being awarded the World Youth Championships in 2004.
These Championships were organised at very short notice, due to a change of circumstances at the venue. In the space of 4 weeks one of the biggest ever World Youth Climbing Championships was delivered, at the highest standard.
