Sport Relief Mile

In 2012, 2014 and 2016 we delivered the Edinburgh leg of Sport Relief Mile on behalf of the City of Edinburgh Council and Comic Relief. In 2012, almost 5,000 runners ran the iconic Royal Mile route from the High Street to Holyrood Park. The complex systems of road closures and infrastructure installation and removal all had to be contained within a restricted 12 hour window.

We were responsible for all sub-contractor tendering and appointment, event overlays, volunteer recruitment and planning and liaison within the multi-agency Edinburgh EPOG process (Event Planning and Organisation Group).
