In March each year, Rare Management organises the annual SIGB industry ski test.

In a tented village, at an altitude of 2000m, 200+ retailers and media representatives test more than 650 pairs of the following year's skis, producing over 3,500 test results over the week.

For the past 9 years the test has taken place at Pila, in the Italian Aosta Valley, Saalbach, Austria and Bormio in Italy. In 2012 the SIGB Ski Test took place in Kuhtai, Austria and is set to return there in 2013.

As well as the logistics and on-snow organisation we have developed and run the database system that is used to provide analysis of the 3,500+ individual test results.
